The 4th Annual Holiday Lighting Contest is officially here!
The Holiday Lighting Committee will tour the neighborhood and judge the winners the December 15-19th. One winner will be chosen from each of the following categories:
Winners will receive a $100.00 gift card to a local restaurant.
WB Starr will be completing the tree trimming project this year; it is expected to take at least 2-3 weeks to complete, (weather permitting). They are scheduled to start the 2nd week of November. The Board would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation while this necessary community maintenance item is completed.
After 30 years of repairs & top coating, we are finally investing in new asphalt that will improve both the quality of life and the home value for every resident of Flora Vista. The project is scheduled to begin the week of September 13, 2021. The asphalt removal and replacement will take several days, and will be done in phases throughout the community. We are planning to be done by the end of October. The seal coating will be done in the Spring. Additional notices and a phase map will be coming soon.
