Thank you for spreading so much joy and holiday cheer. Every entry brought something special to our community, making this holiday season even brighter.

You may have noticed some renovations taking place on the community slopes. The OC Fire Authority has notified us that the community is now in what is considered a very high fire hazard severity zone. The Association is proactively removing Melaleuca shrubs from all community slopes. This work is being completed to enhance safety, improve long-term fire resistance, and maintain the health and appearance of our community slopes. We will be working with the OCFA to ensure that our slopes are in compliance with the new codes. Plant installation will be completed in accordance with new guidelines. This will be an on-going project. The slopes will not be left bare but filled in with compliant plant material.

‘Tis the season to spread holiday cheer, the 8^th Annual Holiday Lighting Contest is officially here!

The Holiday Lighting Committee will tour the neighborhood and judge the winners the week of December 15^th.  One winner will be chosen from each of the following categories:

• Best Traditional
• Most Creative
• Best Display of Lighting
• California Christmas

Winners will receive $100.00.
