The Holiday Lighting Committee will tour the neighborhood and judge the winners the week of December 18 – 22, 2023 One winner will be chosen from each of the following categories:
Winners will receive $100.00.
The Annual Meeting has been adjourned and will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Please return your ballot if you have not already done so. We need 97 ballots to hold the Annual Meeting.
The annual meeting has been adjourned to Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. If quorum is met, the ballots will be opened at Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine. If you have not mailed in your ballot, please do so to Majority Rules, LLC, P.O. Box 608, Yorba Linda, CA 92885. We need 97 ballots to hold the election.
