Adjourned Annual Meeting

The annual meeting has been adjourned to Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. If quorum is met, the ballots will be opened at Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine. If you have not mailed in your ballot, please do so to Majority Rules, LLC, P.O. Box 608, Yorba Linda, CA 92885. We need 97 ballots to hold the election.


Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Membership for Flora Vista Subassociation will be held on September 14, 2023 for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors. Please return your ballots for the annual meeting to Action Property Management prior to September 14, 2023.


Avoid the Violation Notice

Please be aware that Action Property Management inspects the community properties to ensure that properties are being maintained according to the Association’s standards and regulations. Notices may be issued to a property owner for the following violations (not a complete list): trash cans out too early or left out past collection day, lawn maintenance, including treatment for weeds of lawn and planter beds, tree trimming, plant replacement to fill bare areas, replacement of artificial turf and lawns, repair of hardscapes, painting of house and fences, boat, trailer and recreational vehicle parking and architectural applications for improvements without approval.

We appreciate your cooperation and interest in the keeping the community standards and making Flora Vista a beautiful community.


Do you need Association approval for exterior improvements?

If you are planning to perform any exterior architectural improvements to your home, please note that Association approval is required. Making any improvements (be it window upgrades, landscaping, exterior home painting, roofing) without prior Board approval is in violation of our CC&R’s. Please submit an Architectural Application to the Architectural Committee in care of Action Property Management for review and approval.

Log in to your Resident Portal to view your account history and make payments, view the governing documents, approved minutes and architectural specifications. If you have any questions or would like to report a maintenance issue, please contact our Community Care Department at (800)400-2284 or at communitycare@actionlife.com Homeowners are encouraged to provide their tenants with the Association’s Rules & Regulations.


IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

Effective January 1, 2023 all Association Notices, Agendas and important community information that would normally be posted at the Via Tulipan entrance is being posted on the Resident Portal.

2022 Holiday Lighting Contest

It’s that time of year! The 5th Annual Holiday Lighting Contest is here!

The Holiday Lighting Committee will be touring the neighborhood and choose three winners the week of December 19th. One winner will be chosen from each of the following categories:

  • Best Traditional
  • Most Creative
  • Best Display of Lighting

Winners will receive $100.00.


NEW LIVE CHAT FEATURE ON RESIDENT PORTAL

Action Property Management now has a live chat feature that homeowners can utilize during business hours on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com. The live chat will connect you to a Community Care representative that can assist you with billing, maintenance, and other issues.

Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:

• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard
• Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code

You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:

• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!”
• Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”

Thank you for contributing to the Association’s efforts to reduce paper and the costs associated with mailing documents.
