Action Property Management now has a live chat feature that homeowners can utilize during business hours on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com. The live chat will connect you to a Community Care representative that can assist you with billing, maintenance, and other issues.
Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:
• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard • Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code
You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:
• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!” • Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”
Thank you for contributing to the Association’s efforts to reduce paper and the costs associated with mailing documents.
The Flora Vista Board of Directors and Action Property Management would like to wish all residents a happy and safe 4th of July! We hope that you get to share this special day with family and friends. Please join Rancho Del Rio and show your patriotic spirit. Please see the flyer below for this event.
This is a friendly reminder that fireworks, even “safe and sane” ones, are prohibited in the City of San Clemente. Please refrain from using any personal fireworks on the property and plan on observing an approved fireworks display at a local venue.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in ensuring that this 4th of July is a fun and safe day for all residents!
Ben’s Asphalt will start seal coating the community streets June 6, 2022. The project will be completed in 6 phases just as the asphalt repairs were completed in the fall. A phasing map with dates has been mailed to all residents. Please refer to the attached map for the dates your street will be sealed.
The streets will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7:00 A.M. that morning until 12:00pM (NOON) the following Day (29 hours). Please have your vehicle moved by 7:00 A.M. that morning to an area that is not going to be sealed on that day. If your vehicle is not moved outside the closed area by 7:00 A.M., it will be towed at the owner’s expense. If you are not going to use your vehicle during that 29-hour period then you can park your vehicle in your garage, but keep in mind that it can’t be moved for that full 29-hour period.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.
The final phase of the asphalt project is in the process of being scheduled. The community streets will receive a seal coat. The dates are currently pending and will be sent out to residents soon.
If you are planning to perform any architectural improvements to your home, please submit an Architectural Application to the Architectural Committee in care of Action Property Management for review and approval. Making any improvements (be it windows, landscaping, exterior home painting, roofing) without prior Board approval is in violation of our CC&R’s.
Thank you for adhering to the Association’s architectural guidelines.
