The Annual Meeting has been adjourned and will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Please return your ballot if you have not already done so. We need 97 ballots to hold the Annual Meeting.
The annual meeting has been adjourned to Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. If quorum is met, the ballots will be opened at Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine. If you have not mailed in your ballot, please do so to Majority Rules, LLC, P.O. Box 608, Yorba Linda, CA 92885. We need 97 ballots to hold the election.
The Annual Meeting of the Membership for Flora Vista Subassociation will be held on September 14, 2023 for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors. Please return your ballots for the annual meeting to Action Property Management prior to September 14, 2023.
Please be aware that Action Property Management inspects the community properties to ensure that properties are being maintained according to the Association’s standards and regulations. Notices may be issued to a property owner for the following violations (not a complete list): trash cans out too early or left out past collection day, lawn maintenance, including treatment for weeds of lawn and planter beds, tree trimming, plant replacement to fill bare areas, replacement of artificial turf and lawns, repair of hardscapes, painting of house and fences, boat, trailer and recreational vehicle parking and architectural applications for improvements without approval.

If you are planning to perform any exterior architectural improvements to your home, please note that Association approval is required. Making any improvements (be it window upgrades, landscaping, exterior home painting, roofing) without prior Board approval is in violation of our CC&R’s. Please submit an Architectural Application to the Architectural Committee in care of Action Property Management for review and approval.
